Our language training service for business is designed to provide you with language training to meet your specific learning needs, objectives and learning style, and at a time and location to suit you.

Your Dedicated Account Manager

We pride ourselves on the high level of administrative support and training guidance that we provide to our clients throughout the duration of their training. We will appoint an account manager to be your individual point of contact for any matter related to your training, such as:
  • Pre-course learning needs analysis process
  • Internal assessments and progress reports
  • External qualifications/accreditation
  • Payment arrangements and invoicing

High-Quality Language Service

To ensure you receive the right solution for your needs, we will provide you with the following:
  • Pre-course Learning Needs Analysis: an initial discussion to determine your language learning requirements, timescale and training delivery.
  • Pre-course Language Assessment: an in-depth analysis of your existing language skills assessed against globally recognised standards (we use the the Common European Framework of Reference to Languages [CEFR] to measure language skills)
  • Tutor Selection: appointment of a carefully selected tutor to meet your particular learning objectives, needs, learning style and availability.
  • Training plan covering:
    • o confirmation of training delivery arrangements such as your tutor, location, timings etc;
    • pre-course learner report detailing areas/skills to focus on, estimated number of hours to meet desired learning level;
    • course outline for intensive or fixed duration courses specifying topics, communicative elements and grammar to cover lesson by lesson
  • Progress reporting: we will constantly monitor and review your progress throughout your training, and make any necessary amendments to the training plan.
  • End of Course Report and Internal Accreditation: we will provide an end of course report detailing your progress recommendations for further learning, and certification confirming the CEFR level you have achieved.

Qualifications

  • It is not mandatory to take a qualification, but as a recognised Oxford, Cambridge and RSA Examinations (OCR) centre and Cambridge ESOL Preparation Centre, we can arrange this for you as required.
